Jason Guy A.R.E.C

Born in Wolverhampton in 1977 Jason started his career in recruitment in 1997 working within the Industrial and Commercial sector following a spell in employment with a Training Provider.

Jason is an established Recruiter amassing over a decade of Search and Selection experience in various sectors displaying an extensive hands-on knowledge of the industry. Following twice being headhunted to run recruitment businesses he became a Founder Director of First4Staff to forefront the Midlands fastest growing human resource company.

With only two previous recruitment jobs Jason has demonstrated a loyalty that extends to his Clients. Jason has worked tirelessly to acheive ISO9001 by implementing a quality audit system and management procedures that the company strictly adheres to. Always looking for new opportunities, Jason forged links with Luke Adamczyk an experienced Education recruiter to open First Resourcing Limited and grow the First4Staff family of recruitment.

Luke Adamczyk

Born in Wolverhampton in 1977 Luke has a wealth of over 8 years experience within the recruitment industry in various sectors progressing from consultant to senior management and now Director level. Lukes schooling in the industry was with national supply organisations which gave Luke the opportunity to deal with clients on a national level.

Lukes philosophy is that of empathy and honesty, treating employees as individuals and understanding the differing needs of clients to enhance the level of service and form longstanding relationships.

Both Jason and Luke are looking to take First4Staff forward to the next level, opening branches throughout the midlands creating career opportunities and a fresh look for recruitment.

Of the 620,178 directors in the UK aged 35 or under, only 17,913 have qualified for inclusion into this title (less than 3%).
